We are aware of some speed issues. This is due to the fact that the site isn't hosted with a 3rd party at present so we are running the web server for the site, the chat server and 2 SQL database servers.
We are currently looking at different companies, prices and features, to host the site and one of the SQL databases for us. We feel that this will be the best for the site not only for speed issues but also for reliability issues as we have had the odd time when we have had down time from our ISP. Once hosting of the site has been moved we will post and ask for peoples feedback on any differences good and bad that they notice. |

I used to use www.hostrocket.com to host my old domain. They have great reliability, custom support and decent rates starting from $10 a month.

Many thanks for your recommendation CALV1N.
I've just had a quick look at their site and they do seem to offer good features at a reasonable price and of course a recommendation goes along way.  |
